Last updated: August 22, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) operated byBrilliminds FZC (License No. 4306832), a company registered in the Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, United Arab Emirates, with its registered office at Business Centre, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, postal code 519285 (“we”, “us”, “pdfs.build”). By creating an account, clicking to accept, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. OurPrivacy Policy, Refund Policy, and, where applicable, Data Processing Addendum are incorporated into these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. For example, you must not:
- Violate applicable law or infringe others’ rights;
- Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without authorization;
- Overload, disrupt, or interfere with the Service or other users;
- Use the Service to generate unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or malicious content;
- Reverse engineer the Service except where law forbids this restriction;
- Circumvent rate limits, billing, or access controls.
We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or creates risk for the Service or third parties.
Your content
You retain rights to materials you submit (“Customer Content”). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, limited license to host, copy, process, transmit, and display Customer Content only as needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and support the Service, comply with law, and follow your instructions. You represent that you have the rights and lawful basis needed to submit Customer Content and instruct us to process it.
Do not submit special-category, health, financial-account, government-identification, children's, export-controlled, or other regulated data unless we have agreed in writing that the Service and relevant providers are suitable for it. You are responsible for notices, consents, and configuring access to Customer Content.
AI features
AI outputs are probabilistic and may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, non-unique, or similar to third-party content. We do not promise that an output is correct or non-infringing. You must review outputs before use, obtain any required rights, and must not rely on them as legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. You are responsible for disclosures or labels required when publishing AI-generated or manipulated content.
We do not use Customer Content to train AI models developed by us. AI gateways and model providers receive request content as described in the Privacy Policyand Subprocessor List; their processing depends on the selected feature, route, and our applicable provider terms.
Billing & Merchant of Record
Paid plans, taxes, and renewals are described at checkout or in your order. All payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Polar Software, Inc. Polar is the seller of record for all purchases and handles payment processing, applicable sales-tax calculation, collection, reporting and remittance, and buyer invoices and receipts. All purchases are subject toPolar's Buyer Terms.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We may change pricing with reasonable notice. Price changes apply at the next renewal; they will not affect your current billing period.
For refund details, see our Refund Policy.
Plan limits and public sharing
Plans may include limits such as monthly PDF renders, AI credits, published templates, rate limits, or access to the REST API. Unless stated otherwise, PDF renders from the application, MCP, authenticated forms, automations, and the REST API count toward the same monthly render quota for your organization.
When you publish a template, create an authenticated form, or generate a public share link for a rendered PDF, anyone with the public document link may access that document until you revoke access, the link expires, or the Service removes it under these Terms. Do not place confidential or regulated information in public links unless you are authorized to share it.
Illegal or infringing content notices
To report content made available through the Service, email[email protected]. Identify the exact URL or location, explain why you believe the content is illegal or infringes your rights, identify the applicable legal right where possible, include supporting information, your name and email address (unless law permits anonymity), and a good-faith statement that the notice is accurate. We may remove or restrict content, preserve evidence, or suspend accounts where reasonably necessary, and may notify the affected user subject to legal and safety limits.
Third-party services
The Service uses or integrates with hosting, AI, identity, billing, search, and other services. Our providers are listed in the Subprocessor List. Independent third-party services may apply their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for a third-party service you choose to connect, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Data protection
Our Privacy Policy explains processing for which we are a controller. If you use the Service for an organization and we process Customer Personal Data on its behalf, the Data Processing Addendum applies. If there is a conflict about that processing, the DPA controls.
Suspension, termination, and data
You may stop using the Service or cancel a subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, security risk, non-payment, legal requirement, or discontinuation of the Service. Where practical and lawful, we will give notice and an opportunity to cure. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive do survive. Export Customer Content before closing your account. Deletion is handled as described in the Privacy Policy and DPA.
