If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within14 days of your initial subscription or purchase date — no questions asked.

Renewal refunds

For automatic renewal charges, you may request a refund within 14 days of the renewal date. If you do not wish to be charged for the next period, please cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

All refunds are processed by Polar as our Merchant of Record. Once approved, refunds are returned to your original payment method. The time for funds to appear depends on Polar, the payment network, and your bank or payment provider.

What is not refundable

Outside the 14-day guarantee, partial-month or partial-period usage is not refundable unless required by applicable law or we agree otherwise. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged again, and you retain access until the period ends.

Mandatory consumer rights

The 14-day money-back guarantee above is a contractual benefit and does not replace statutory consumer rights. Depending on where you live and whether a purchase is treated as a service or digital content, you may have a right to withdraw, receive a proportionate refund, or obtain other remedies. Those rights can have conditions where you expressly request immediate performance or access during a withdrawal period.
