Generate service agreement PDFs from your data

A service agreement carries scope, fees, term and termination as numbered clauses, with schedules that can run to any length and an execution page that stays intact.

3 designs, each a separate take on the same document rather than a recolour of one layout: Swiss grid, Minimal, type-led and Editorial serif. Every preview below is the actual compiled output, not a mock-up.

Open one in the editor and render it from your own JSON over the API — 5–6 pages of A4 portrait, the same engine either way.

How the service agreement designs differ

Same document, same data model, 3 different arguments about how it should look on paper. Pick on layout and typography — the content behaves identically.

Docket Grid Swiss grid Cobalt & chartreuse Libre Baskerville + Inter 5 · A4 portrait

What your data drives in a service agreement

Each design is authored against an explicit reflow contract, so it is defined up front which blocks are emitted once per record and which fields absorb longer content. That is what stops the layout falling apart at a hundred rows.

Design Repeats per record Grows with your data
Docket Grid numbered articles and clauses on the numeral column; lettered paragraphs; the eight docket cells on the title page; milestone, acceptance and fee rows in the Schedules; execution columns, one per party clause bodies (one line or twelve); recitals; the two party cells; the scope statement; every Schedule table cell
Open Measure numbered clauses and sub-clauses hanging off that one column; lettered paragraphs; part labels opening each group of clauses; fee, service-level and subprocessor rows in the Schedules; execution columns, one per party clause bodies (one line or twelve); recitals; the two party blocks; definition entries; every Schedule table cell
Quarto Rule numbered clauses and sub-clauses hanging off the one number column; lettered paragraphs inside a clause; rows of the services, service-level and fee tables in the Schedules; execution columns, one per party clause bodies (one line or twelve); recitals; the two party blocks; definition entries; every table cell in the Schedules
