the opening (date and facts in the margin, title and deliver-to in the measure); the line list; the note; the acknowledgement last

Page breaks What may split, what must not

the line list may split between lines, never inside one; the acknowledgement is atomic

Last page How the document ends

the note and the acknowledgement may occupy the final page alone; the running head and foot line carry it
