Last updated: April 9, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by Brilliminds FZC, a company registered in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (“we”, “us”, “pdfs.build”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. For example, you must not:

  • Violate applicable law or infringe others’ rights;
  • Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without authorization;
  • Overload, disrupt, or interfere with the Service or other users;
  • Use the Service to generate unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or malicious content;
  • Reverse engineer the Service except where law forbids this restriction;
  • Circumvent rate limits, billing, or access controls.

We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or creates risk for the Service or third parties.

Your content

You retain rights to materials you submit (“Customer Content”). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display Customer Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you. You represent that you have the rights needed to grant this license.

Outputs from AI-assisted features are probabilistic and may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, especially in regulated or high-risk contexts.

Billing & Merchant of Record

Paid plans, taxes, and renewals are described at checkout or in your order. All payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited (for customers outside the United States) or Paddle.com Inc (for customers in the United States). Paddle is the seller of record for all purchases and handles billing, tax collection, invoicing, and payment processing on our behalf. All purchases are subject to Paddle's buyer terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We may change pricing with reasonable notice. Price changes apply at the next renewal; they will not affect your current billing period.

For refund details, see our Refund Policy.

Third-party services

The Service may integrate with third-party services (including model providers). Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those services.
